London's Creative Bakery
A small (and that's the way we like to keep it) bakery in London Fields, Hackney. We bake everything fresh to order in a professional kitchen, we only bake in small batches with KitchenAid mixers and our cakes still taste as if they are homemade. We know our cakes are the tastiest in town - our customers told us so! Using only premium ingredients - British butter, golden caster sugar, nature friendly flour, free range eggs and fair trade cocoa in our cake bases makes them melt in your mouth delicious. Only the freshest of fruit, natural flavours and real Madagascan vanilla extract goes into our cakes. Our attention to detail makes all the difference.
All products are handmade and are suitable for vegetarians unless otherwise stated. Nuts are used in our kitchen but great care is taken to ensure they do not end up in nut free flavours. Unfortunately we do not currently offer any free from alternatives; cakes do contain gluten, wheat, dairy and eggs.
